Place: Nisswa Range [note change in venue from Elk River!]
Race Format: Sprint prelim, followed by Pursuit race!
Distance:  4.5k Sprint + 5k Pursuit format 5 sec intervals

Registration:  9:15 AM –  9:55 AM
Zero:             10:00 AM – 10:40 AM
Race Start:   10:45 AM –Sprint 30 sec Individual start
                      11:30 – approx. Pursuit race

Cost:            $10 (cash or check payable to Bill Meyer Includes lunch at my house after race

You can register at the race but I need to know who is coming and who will stay for lunch including parents!! wmeyer@nisswa.net
