Kaisa Bosek, in her 4th race in 5 days, lead off for the US, used 2 extra rounds in prone, shot clean in standing and tagged off in 16th- 2 min behind the leader. From there the US struggled dropping to 18th then back up to 16th with the first boy and ending up in 19th after the last boy, a little over 10 min behind Italy, the winning team. Both boys used all their relay rounds and had a total of 3 penalty loops between them.
