  • Directions – see attached map. Nisswa is about 15 miles north of Brainerd, MN
  • 

• 6km Sprint Interval Start (30 seconds apart)
  • PS with Penalty Loops

• Registration 1:30 PM
• Zero – 2:00 PM
• Race Start – 2:45 PM

• Cost – Free- small donations accepted.
